We have been moving cargo since 2008. We started as Sky-Trans and became Sky Logistics and Expedition Services in 2019. Today that means around 100 vehicles, 3,400 m² of warehouse, our own rail siding and four modes of transport.
The company was founded in 2008 as Sky-Trans and renamed Sky Logistics and Expedition Services in 2019. From the start the service was built around customer satisfaction and around carrying an import or export through from beginning to end. Over the years the investment spread across the country, and facilities of international standard were built in Azerbaijan.
We provide sea, air, road and rail transport for both standard and groupage cargo, along with multimodal and specialised project shipments, freight forwarding and warehousing. The fleet runs to about 100 vehicles of varying size. The warehouse comes in two parts — 1,400 m² holding up to 2,000 pallets and 2,000 m² holding roughly 2,500 to 3,000 — with a private rail siding and heavy-lift cranes on site.
The fleet, the warehouse and the routes have all changed in that time. One thing has not: the person who accepts the cargo stays answerable for it until it is handed over.
