These terms govern the use of the website only; the transport, forwarding, warehousing and customs services described on it are provided under a separate service agreement signed between Sky Logistics and Expedition Services MMC (“Sky Logistics”, “we”) and the client.

The route examples, case studies, transit times, tariffs, capacity figures and other information on this website are provided for general guidance and reflect our typical practice; they are illustrative and do not constitute a binding offer or a guarantee for any specific shipment. Every shipment is different, and the actual route, price and transit time are confirmed individually once we have your cargo details.
Submitting the quote request form or contacting us by phone, email or WhatsApp is an enquiry, not an order or a binding contract. A binding commercial relationship is created only once we confirm a quote and, where required, sign a service agreement or issue a bill of lading, waybill or equivalent document for the specific shipment.
The text, photographs, graphics, logo and overall design of this website belong to Sky Logistics and Expedition Services MMC or are used under licence, and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages of this site for your own reference; you may not copy, reproduce or reuse the content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
